Say You're One of Them by Uwen Akpan

I have just finished this book and it was really good.  It is a collection of short stories about children in Africa written from the child's point of view.  Each story is set in a different country in Africa and talks about the different issues they are having from poverty, to religious differences, AIDS to civil war.  I really enjoyed this book.  It puts a new perspective on things that are going in Africa.

No, this is not a book about discipline and children.  Not that I could not use some help in that department.  I am always looking for tips and watching parents to see how they deal with their kids and trying to pick up pointers.

This is a new mystery book out.  It is awesome.  Neither I or Dr Raley figured out the ending.  I would highly recommend it for a good read.  Here is a little bit about the book:

It is currently only available in hard back but I have gotten on on-line before and purchased from the used books on Amazon and they have always been in perfect condition.
