Med Center South

Did you know that Med Center South at 81st and 169 is only staffed by physician assistants at night.  I feel that if your child is sick enough to be seen after hours they should be seen by a physician and if possible a pediatrician if one is available. 

This is why that I always rec. the Childrens Urgent Care Clinic at SFH.  As a reminder their hours are:  6-9:30 M-F and and 10:30-9:30 on Sat/Sun.  The number is 502-6600.  During most of the winter I will be available on Saturday's so always check my message or blog if it is a Saturday.  Otherwise, try and go to CHUCC if possible.  If it is a true emergency or your child requires fracture care or laceration repair after hours I would then go to either the main SFH (61st Yale) or SFH South at 91st and 169.
